We’re a Houston-based couple born in the 1980s who have always loved sports, fitness, and staying active. Over the years, the gym became more than just a place to work out—it became part of our everyday life. Early morning lifts, squeezing in workouts after long days, and constantly chasing that next personal best.

Somewhere along the way, we noticed something: the gym community is full of humor, personality, and inside jokes—but most gym apparel out there feels generic or overly serious.

So we started The Gym Tees to change that.

We wanted apparel that actually reflects gym culture. Tees that make people laugh between sets. Shirts that instantly connect you with the person spotting you or lifting next to you. The kind of designs that say “yeah, I live the gym life too.”

Every shirt we make is soft, comfortable, and built to last—because we wear them ourselves.
